By using any Meyarivu AI product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Meyarivu AI provides AI-powered products and services designed to help individuals, families, and businesses manage information, tasks, and communication more effectively. Our services may include AI assistants delivered via messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp), web interfaces, and related tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Certain services may require you to register an account or provide contact information. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Keep your access credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at info@meyarivu.com if you suspect unauthorised use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Use our services to train competing AI models or systems without our explicit written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, and materials associated with Meyarivu AI products and services are the intellectual property of Meyarivu AI or our licensors. These are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some of our services are offered on a paid subscription basis. Where applicable:
- Prices are stated at the point of purchase and may change with reasonable notice
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@meyarivu.com
- Payment is processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service
7. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Whisper, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Our AI products are designed to assist and augment — they are not infallible and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions involving health, safety, legal, or financial matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meyarivu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect other users or the integrity of our services. You may stop using our services at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
